I usually jog at 7.20~7.30am during working days and all.

yep.

wake up about 7.15am...drink some water...stretch sikit then start jogging abotu 2KM only. about 12mins on average...not going for speed but i just keep track only

I reach office about 9am usually XD occasionally 9.30am but they dont really give a fhunk.

Anyway.. I'll split my workout instead of doing all at once LOL.

I mean I haven't done a real squat with a barbell.

Anyway I'm watching a few videos already and asking another bb friend.

I'll try it out on my legs workout day next week: Weds.

Finally I can concentrate on working out after my 10KM run. I hope to see some improvements with this gym.
