The lower flab only shows when i bend over but it doesn't show when standing or sitting so it's cool. It's the hardest to go.

I once took dirty bulking way too far. I think it's ok to do it, but it depends on the situation. When i hit 97kg, i realized that i had a lot of BF to lose. To give you an indication how bad it was, after losing 7kgs, then only did my 4 packs start getting visible, we're not talking defined 4 packs, visible. I figure maybe another 3-4 more kgs to cut then i'm happy.

I dunno man, seriously i'm inexperienced at cutting. This is my first try and surprisingly it's working well. One Canadian bb'er told me either you increase caloric expenditure or you decrease caloric intake. Don't do both unless you're preparing to go for serious competition and getting ripped. So, i figured... meh... i hate cardio, screw it. Let's diet instead.

And it's fun. I'm eating like... steaks with all the fat. Whole ground beefburger patties, fried chicken drumsticks with skin, etc, etc, just no carbs except pre and post workout. Of course i do get irritated when my gf is eating fried rice next to me.

There's definitely improvement compared to last time. You packed on some mass while retaining your cuts. You need more width on your lats. I'm thinking you might have high lat insertion points like me which make them very stubborn to grow.

As for your question, i'm not sure how to answer this. I know muscle atrophy occurs within 3 weeks. And i've known several bodybuilders who've taken a few months layoff but kept their diet in check and still look great. You'll definitely lose size if you don't train for months or years.
The mistake a lot of people make is that they still consume the same amount of calories as if they're still regularly working out; pretty simple in this case,
caloric expenditure < caloric intake. Anyone would grow fat.

And yes, whey is considered natural.

There's something wrong with you. What do you expect? To look like Ronnie Coleman in a year? Do you know how difficult it is to put on serious LBM to look impressive? It doesn't take days, nor weeks, nor months. It takes years and years. You keep measuring your arms like that so often, you're going to get seriously disappointed. It is the mirror that shows progress.

That's the bad thing. sad.gif She can't get into my gym. Ask egoeagle. They're really strict at that stupid club except on Sundays. But the side chest pose will be coming up. Terry said i've been making good improvements; that means a lot coming from a pro bodybuilder like him. He's helping me with a new hypertrophy oriented program since the madcow/5x5 hybrid has given me a good strength foundation. I might be going down to visit him this weekend.
When i first met him in person, i was shellshocked to see how bloody huge the guy is. I was like... shit, i'm actually standing next to a pro. His arms are freaking massive.
