Yesterday i slept earlier and even evening i slept of so i took lot of rest but now im feeling so sleepy again dont know why is there any health problem ?

Too much sleep makes you more tired. Exercise more and have a normal sleep routine. Avoid taking long naps. |

check if you have sleep apnea...its a condition where you get little oxygen when sleeping due to snoring or obstruction in the nasal passage

Adjust your sleep pattern and maintain it daily.
