Me, work in OTC or can be call AR dept, initially work for one Opco, then my function lead assign me to back up for other Opco in case some one is MC/ EL/ holiday. So I got to KT (knowledge transfer) from other colleague and now I got several access on my hand. Feel like not happy, I always come but someone else always EL or MC then I need to back up them, do their work too. Sian...this Back up thing is the one i don't like

My side here still ok, leave can still apply, only thing is need to learn more other's Opco knowledge, for back up purpose. Others is perform Collections & billing functions only, gaji also satisfied, support KL market only.
