I won't notice that until some sites cant be accessed, checked my router and found out it has ipv6. I suspect it was ipv6 and https not compatible with some sites.
Called up the support, and they also dont know why it enable for me, after many back and forths, they said.
1. ipv6 is only for business
2. only a very small subset of business can have ipv6 and need to pay a premium
3. nobody can enable ipv6 unless they reset the router and re-configure it
Then how in the world and who broke into my house to do this?
For 3 days+ i cant access lowyat.com or the forum, wikipedia, apple, yahoo, and many many more.
Then they dont seem like very interested to solve my case, i had to reconfigure the router myself to disable ipv6, and everything is back to normal.
Edit:
I've since saw many people complain the same issue, so i'm not the only one.
To Maxis, please lah, if you enable it remotely on peoples' router (despite i actually hate having tr69 switched on), you can also disable it from your end ! How does it even make sense if you can roll out ipv6 config on account-level and router but cant disable it ?
