 Celcom iphone iMessage/FaceTime activation Fail

Hi
im facing problem activation my iMessage since 2 days ago
and keep getting this sms after click activation
anyone facing this problem?

I'm facing this issue as well, I have a feeling it's celcom's issue rather than apple
Not sure why it is coming in as standard text message

Let me know if you managed to solve it

I'm having this since popping the sim into new iPhone bought today. But I can use iMessage since I activated it with email.

I think
the problem is on new mobile phone
mine happens once i came back from oversea
i change simcard there and change to malaysia sim back
and get this error
i can confirm Celcom is the problem here
most of my friend on celcom line got same problem as me,

I have exactly the same problem on my iPhone with Celcom Xpax. Tried all the solutions I can find on internet (turn on/ off, restart, date and time correct, region is correct, restore and even setup as a new phone) and Celcom people has no clue too even they have reset my SIM card for me at their end. I keep receiving exactly the same string SMS when iPhone is trying to activate iMessage via phone number, iMessage with Apple ID has no issue at the moment. One thing for sure, Tunetalk SIM card also not working bcos using Celcom carrier 28.2.25, however, hotlink SIM card works after waited for 5 min, phone number managed to show under iMessage. Who to blame? Apple whom has recently updated to iOS 10.3.3 or celcom SIM card?

Seems like not only iphone 7 is affected
I was activating imessage/facetime on iphone 6s (on Celcom), and I'm getting that SMS

Did celcom accidentally switched off their imessage/facetime activation function?

I am using iPhone 6S Plus. Same problem! called Celcom, nothing they can do, after reset my sim card from their end, still the same!

Current status:

iMessage still showing activating ...
iMessage with Apple ID is OK!
Receiving string SMS from Celcom every 30 min or so
By end of the day, it will tell me Activation Unsuccessful. Turn on iMessage to try again
Same goes to FaceTime

iPhone 6S Plus
iOS 10.3.3
Celcom Carrier 28.2.25

Call and report at celcom yesterday but they aais rhere is no error on our end.. call apple cs said the same thing no problem with i message server
In the end i get almost 10 sms string withinf a day starting 21/7 till now..
I can confirm this is not apple problem
This is celcom fault and they not even realize

Exactly bro, they told me I am the first in Malaysia to complain ... lol. My suggestion is leave it as it is, like my case, I wait till it stop activating, I use iMessage via Apple ID for now and hopefully more Celcom users call to complain, only they will do something e.g.: a new update of carrier setting ... etc. Don't think Apple will come out with another update so soon.

Same case as me right now.
Just got my new iphone last week from celcom and kept showing activation error on both imessage and facetime.

at least i'm not the only one.

i send report to them
Rather than fix the problem
They jut block the number that sending me sms
And told me " no sir there is no error or faulty kn celxom end sir so i just block the (63144) sms id so you wont get it anymore in future." loool
