Went to the Bloc Party at APW yesterday. Got 2 food trucks there and a room where some new retailers set up their booths selling their wares plus a room where the Bon Estates staff are based in soliciting feedback from the crowd there. Not that many ppl if you ask me, but quite a number attended it.

But as I mentioned, it's more like a feedback gathering session than an actual preview of this project. Even one of the SA stationed there didn't divulge which part of Mont Kiara it's based in and just mentioned a commercial block (shown in the video) which is designed by APW to house F&Bs, retail outlets, etc.

But from the questionnaire, they only mentioned the unit sizes and the indicative pricing:
1) 650 sqft (1 + 1 bedder) - RM 49xk
2) 790 sqft (1 + 1 bedder) - RM 69xk
3) 1,090 sqft - duplex (2 + 1 bedder) - RM 79xk
4) 1,200 sqft (3 + 1 bedder) - RM 9xxk

I have a hunch that it will be subject to change, but a lot of the questionnaires are getting feedback such as the need for a balcony, whether the unit should have a flexi wall, a yard and even getting the details as to the sort of facilities needed such as a pool, sauna, gym, etc.

Thanks for the write up.

A bit amateur to call for feedbacks from the general public where u are the developer and you should have done the proper reserch and study already.

I agree. I also find it strange as well, unless they haven't submitted their final requirements to the architect?

Btw, this is their view of the Bloc Party as reported by Propertyguru:
http://www.propertyguru.com.my/property-ne...ates-bloc-party

And I find this quote interesting:
QUOTE
He said The Bloc Party is much more than a forum for market feedback, it is an invitation to young buyers to be part of the journey to improve living standards and add meaning to lifestyles in the future.

Now I wonder how this condo will look like in a few months time after the 'feedback' gathering session from 21-23 July. hmm.gif

Most feedbacks are concerning the interior/internal part of the unit.

That seems to be what everyone wants to know.

The way I see it, if the location was very good, convenient and strategic, they would probably be very open about it

Since the location is so TOP SECRET, means its probably not so desirable

In Mont Kiara, less desirable location means either in the Kampung, next to highway, or next to the TNB transmission lines

My guess is that its somewhere in the Kampung next to the elevated NKVE Highway

some info here.

http://v3.propwall.my/news/91844/bon-estates-hosts-the-bloc

according to the article, total land size is four acres, quite big and possible to have over thousand units.

when he said "flanking" the high rise will be commercial with f&b and retail, i get the feeling it's combining 2 pieces of 2-acres land. and because it is quite big, it may be OK to be located in a more "ulu" place of mont kiara provided the commercial is very attractive.

there is such space on jalan kiara 3 around the sefina (sunrise), saville (mkh) area, jalan kiara 5 area (sunway mont) and asiaquest kiaramas area (ayuria). and of course all these guesses could be totally wrong tongue.gif

if not mistaken they have dual key units for bigger types. anyway I also went to their preview, more like sharing ideas if you want to own a unit base on interior like you want balcony or dont want, you want bathroom with sunken shower or normal (more like build in bathtub on floor). overall this project suitable for young crowd who likes MK. whether it is address under MK or Segambut, need to wait and see. Although Bon Estates 1st project in bangsar south looks really impressive, hopefully same case but cheaper for this project.

Some squatters opposite Aston Kiara 3 are being cleared down. It is likely to be anything from Kiara 1888 upto TWY.
I don't think there is any 4-acre along Jalan Kiara 1

i know what you're talking about, it's more like directly opposite Richmond.

all the wooden houses in this picture have been demolished until further in also.

https://goo.gl/maps/DiiM4UdSFDr

but this plot of land is small, only around 2 acres.

Maybe is the hartamas STP land. Near shell. It's about 4 to 5 acres. Flanking here may means dual commercial. This plot of land can create dual frontage due to split level and both are main roads.
Dbkl land up for JV for sometime. Required to rebuild stp etc
