once you activated your windows, you can check by slmgr.vbs /xpr.
press WIN+R, then type in slmgr.vbs /xpr

Some key can repeat to use on different computers, I was tried with OEM license key before in different PC and its works.
If really don't work via online activation, you can call to Microsoft UK toll free system to activate your key by phone.
