bought mine from thundermatch 4th floor rm515... bro pop bought his from sricomp rm525. now allIT selling it for around rm550 i think

They might be, coz i heard Creative has already stop the production of the DDTS-100.

Problem is, I thought all the next gen audio signals only travels via HDMI only right? So how's that's gonna work?

HDMI(PS3) -> HDMI( future DDTS) -> HDMI(LCD TV)?

yeah.... gonna be expensive as hell..

yah from i been looking on9, the HDMI seems to be the onli thing tat can go for 7 channel speaker! Coaxial cable only up to 5. So maybe they will be more and more hdmi sound card or receiver coming up this coming year...

yape, only HDMI can, unles 2.0 LPCM, then optical i think can, but for surround pcm, only hdmi

oh well, then the future DDTS is out of the question. Already using 5.1 so no point upgrading to another 5.1 right? Problem is, the table where i put all my gear is already full, no space for an AV receiver unless I ditch the table and go with an AV rack (<--more money, duh..).. Moral of the story, forget about upgrades for the time being.

but hor, PCM really nice,much more better than dolby or DTS

i need to ask u guys.. i dont hv any 5.1. only a 2.1 with the normal green jack..

i wanna hook up my ps3 to a 5.1.. wat options do i hv below 1k.. AFAIK.

the DTS creative retails about rm800 i think with a 5.1 speakers. but tat system is not so good.total RMS freaking low.

there is no way to convert optical cable into analog is there?
