Apologize if this thread is redundant with any other.. kindly redirect to another thread of redundant.

I have a Yamaha CLP430 which are about 4 yrs old. The problem with this piano is some of the keys mainly the bass keys (lower than middle c) it have a problem that when i press the key soft, the sound produced is really loud. If i try to play piano, it will become forte. This happens not with only 1 key but a few. I tried factory reset but still the same thing.

I approached Yamaha in setia alam and i've got their technician number, talked to the guy a few times through phone but he has yet to come to my house and do the inspection. So i'm thinking of getting other technician if can.

I wonder if you guys can recommend me a piano technician so that i could try and solve the problems with the piano. I live in Klang btw.
