Avoid PV developer at all cost

1. super bad workmanship
2. using cheapo material on EVERY part , yes , is EVERY .
3. suck blood management controlled by pv . take care ur wallet.
4. boss kiamsiap even a property colour brochures also doesnt wanna print. so what u expected in ur house ?
5. illegal build few unit houses at car park floor (pv15,pv16) .
6. painting fall off after 2-3 yrs , paint material mixed with water .

good luck , pv-investor.

btw behind tar college that land i would say very strategic , just walking distance to college & LRT station .

good for renting , but not for own stay i would say

I saw.

1. Kinda agree. The quality quite bad esp for balcony for PV2.
2. Same. The glass for balcony looks weird for some ppl.

yes , i know this above info all from owner from pv , came my shop do spec and blow water with me biggrin.gif
showing me those photos how bad is their unit & wanna let go but hardly get buyer now .

they already file complaint for pv developer to dbkl for illegal build unit at car park floor , now not sure what's the result

oh ya , pv15,pv16 management is selling yearly access card RM25 to student who wanna use their swimming pool

*pv15 16 doesnt have jmb , all management controlled by pv itself . some management staff take 2 side salary (pv15 and pv2)
