yeah... mydin will take the biggest piece of the land.... i think the 700 units will be separated by 4-5 blocks... they dont have the actual master plan to show me yet....

I stay near that area since 10+ years ago...
That area can ride bicycle to HELP, about 3KM only.

yea... the DK one have studio units... but at slightly further location.... and no mixed developments.... this project near to mydin, below gt shoplots and the sizes quite ok for rental play....

Yes, quite jam.
The road leading to Jalan sungai buluh are half build, 2+2 lane road but now only open 2+0 lane.
Traffic should be better after all ready has been opened. Dunno when fully open the road tho. I waited for 10+ years liao.

Though, this area had been in "potential" for very long. Since Kwasa Land developing the whole area. Still waiting for the potential to ripe- as it might take many years more.

The area still a little disorganize right? lack of main road to clear the traffic, 2 obvious exits is via KD and Subang airport- both are not really ideal. otherwise, gonna wait for Dash

yea still developing.... kwasa land developing... but generally til now still lack of big movement yet... maybe this mixed development will be able to complement some of it... haha..... DASH is a main factor for this area.... so everyone can have more options... haha.... elmina and denai alam are major residential townships.... hardly will boom since occupancy rate is low before the basic amenities sorted out.... lol

I’m staying beside this project... the work seem like never stop since it start... recently they just putting up the billboard around the construction site and it’s named Nadayu801...

But the website is not working now... no further information showed...

a bit far... but not significant... even nt staying there... the whole area will be crowded by students... not really like staying in a student area... and HELP doesnt have enough hostel units for their students too... so alot will be staying outside...

Hihi,im exclusive agent from this project. brows.gif
Total land sizes for this project is 35 acres.Currently they are built for 8 acres,as i know is about 1000 unit for 8 acres land,so is quite low density.But rumah selangorku only have 250 unit,so far is almost finish ald. Other 750 will be service apartment.
Any one interested to know more info or viewing can pm me. thumbup.gif

Hi, I am property agent marketing for this project, I still have units for this project and Kwasaland has put up their hoardings already which means they are developing soon.

By then, u wont get as low as RM400-RM500psf for a nice layout condo!

What is happening to this project. Why the progress so slow. Signed SPA 5 years ago until now no news from the developer. Already started paying full bank loan. REGRET buying here. Any fellow owners & purchaser here, please PM me.

Already started giving Keys .. ?

But can see construction going on and the main road is still not oke ...

soon, another project coming between nadayu and embayu.. land is cleared there.
