The initial launch is for Block A and B first. Block C and D will be launched later. For Block A & B, most units are about 1,200 sq ft, while Bl C & D will be 1070 sq ft. The largest units are at Level 1, but mostly the extra size are from the balcony. Average price is Rm440/sq ft and MC fee is 0.35cent/sq ft. VP expected end 2022. The SA just message me this: Soft Launch Event 6.9.2019 4pm - 10pm - Introduction of new scale model. 2 times the size of current scale model. Anybody visited or pass-by the site during the MCO period? How is the progress?
My loan was approved during the MCO period but me and my missus have not yet signed the loan agreement as the economy is so uncertain right now. Don't want to commit to any big ticket item yet
