Does RYZEN 5 1500 oc mode on will harm my CPU? Need some sifu advice. THX

Does anyone have tis problem ? cpu temperature always 35-38c suddenly jump to 45c it keep on repeat like this..... current using hwmonitor to view temperature.

Temperature fluctuation is normal for a processor.

What exactly do you mean by 'auto overclocking'? Please elaborate.

oc mode u mean precision boost or xfr?

temperature spike is normal for ryzen, u can check from overclock.net/reddit/amd thread in lowyat, almost every one also experience it.

Temperature spike is normal for every processor. Even with Intel processor as long as there's a load it will spike.

OC mode from motherboard - won't harm processor

The attachment you give about AMD processor says nothing about overclocking, the last column for overclocking just means the processor can be overclocked. How you overclock and how much harm depends on how you do it.

Because my MSI mobo setting there can switch to OC mode. If no switch OC mode my CPU speed is 3600MHZ , OC mode will increase 300mMHZ. I want to double confirm it will harm my MOBO or CPU if i put OC mode on my MSI setting.
