Just realized that my iphone 7 plus, the photos cant be deleted. After delete, appear again. Anyone encounter that?

The numbers of photo from outside of album - eg. 2308 and click inside the number is 2355. The total numbers of photos are no longer tally. Deleted then reappear. Anyhow the phone is 2.5 years.
