Hi fellow seniors, I left 2 months of my warranty, and my devices is bought from Harvey Norman, can i send it to Machines for repair? Apparently, my volume down rocker button is not as tactile as it used to be. Anyone facing this issue before? If yes, mind to enlighten me on the costing or the whereabouts of the repairer? sorry, it should be 2 percent then instead of 3 percent. urm the day it got launch officially, should be oct 2016. and the phone is plugged to power source almost 24/7. strange

erm, I don't really use it via battery, but I've tried it with 50% remaining, and the SoT is at plus minus 3 hours or more. So can assume it can hit 6hours or more with 100%.

Urm, I charged it almost all the time, its either on my Samsung Powerbank, or my laptop USB3 port or at most from power source but very less likely.
