How to check battery cycle?

Nope...  Apple will claim that battery degradation is a normal process. Unless your battery fails to charge or fails to power on then you could claim for a new one.

Mind telling us what is your charging pattern?? Do you always charge your phone when its around 20% and charge it all the way to 100% ?? Or are you someone who always charge your phone regardless of the battery percentage??

the background is black...so difficult to spot

use scope microscope, digital scope more easier

usually if a camera have dust, from your photo you may notice the dot appear in same location

but iPhone 7 is IP67, dust proof how come have dust go in, maybe before seal? 

There is a way to check. Photographers do it all the time.

What you do is to take a white board and around 1 mater away, take a photo of the full white background.

If there is any dust particles or foreign matter on the lens, it will show up. Try it. 

Similar thing happened to me. Sent it in to QCD and when returned there was a slight scratch on the screen and some thread sticking out between the screen and the back casing. Sigh.

OMG i am sorry to hear that    So do you mean it was without any dust after they repair it, and after several days, dust did accumulate inside??

BTW, i am wondering how did you know they open up and clear the dust instead of giving you a new replacement set?

Then what do you plan to do? Going back to complain and exchange another one?

Went to the Berjaya one. Saw the the flaws as I was going down the elevator and went back to get them sorted. They only took ownership of the thread being stuck. But the scratch they say I can't prove that they're the ones who caused it...
