QUOTE(TOMEI-R @ Aug 14 2017, 11:00 AM) Nope... Apple will claim that battery degradation is a normal process. Unless your battery fails to charge or fails to power on then you could claim for a new one. Thanks for the info QUOTE(christcwl9 @ Aug 14 2017, 11:12 AM) Mind telling us what is your charging pattern?? Do you always charge your phone when its around 20% and charge it all the way to 100% ?? Or are you someone who always charge your phone regardless of the battery percentage?? I don't bring power bank to college, so usually i come back will left around 20-30%. Then i will let it charge overnight everyday. |

QUOTE(lyc1982 @ Sep 6 2017, 05:47 PM) QUOTE(vez @ Sep 6 2017, 10:03 PM) use scope Just look at your camera lens whether there is dust or not. If the dust goes inside the sensor then your photo will have black spots like my iPhone 5s 😅usually if a camera have dust, from your photo you may notice the dot appear in same location but iPhone 7 is IP67, dust proof |

QUOTE(jumpstat @ Sep 7 2017, 07:38 AM) There is a way to check. Photographers do it all the time. This. You can also shoot at the sky spot any black spotsWhat you do is to take a white board and around 1 mater away, take a photo of the full white background. If there is any dust particles or foreign matter on the lens, it will show up. Try it. |

Got my phone back from QCD, they just open it up and clear the rear camera.. Seems like there is a dent/scratch on my phone due to the opening.
update: there is more dust inside now This post has been edited by dannykhoo17: Sep 8 2017, 10:04 PM |

QUOTE(christcwl9 @ Sep 9 2017, 03:52 PM) OMG i am sorry to hear that I did not check it so detail when collecting the phone. Bring home and use flash to check and there's more dust in it now.. even the lens inside got smudges BTW, i am wondering how did you know they open up and clear the dust instead of giving you a new replacement set? Just check your serial number is it the same with your phone |

QUOTE(apowerfulskill @ Sep 10 2017, 11:43 AM) Went to the Berjaya one. Saw the the flaws as I was going down the elevator and went back to get them sorted. They only took ownership of the thread being stuck. But the scratch they say I can't prove that they're the ones who caused it... Makes me quite afraid now lol.. maybe I'll bring to machines |
