Firstly, finger print sensor in any phones does not work 100%/every single time. You have in fact said it that it could be your TG SP which is hampering the recognition. So, unless you are willing to change the SP to a thinner one to trouble shoot, just do it slowly each time you want to switch on the phone. Only when you are really unable to switch it on no matter how to place your finger on the sensor then only you make a warranty claim. Otherwise, do not waste a trip to the AASP. Time and effort should be used wisely.
Yeah I understand if it cannot works for first time but ok after 2~3 times test.
In my case, if it works fine then it will be ok.
If my first trial fails, I tried again with same or different finger, it will fail too.
After max trial time, it just request for password.
If I immediately wipe my hand and sensor then retrial, there some chances it will happens again.
But if i just leave it, maybe after 5 or 10 minutes later it will be ok again.
