The demo failed not because Face ID didn't work but rather that the guy prepping the devices didn't set it up properly. For example, whenever you reset your phone or haven't logged into your phone with Touch ID for a period of time, the phone will automatically revert back to a passcode. This usually happens more when the phone was restarted. This happened during the keynote

Thanks for opinions everyone- Just picked up the 32gb 7, already like the more consistent touch id compared to my 6s.  I'll be happy with it for at least 2 years.

Yes standard retail price from shop - didn't want to waste time messing about with online ordering etc... Nothing to do with mint condition of my phone but I always thought that the touch id on my 6s performed poorly in high humidity situations, or oily/wet fingers.

Have you checked whether is night shift turned on? AFAIK, iphone 7 has a warmer LCD than previous generation

i think yellow tint can be corrected in the setting with the hue level.

my ip7 plus Digi set screen is also a bit warmer color compare to my old iphone 6 and with my wife iphone 6. Then I compare with my ipad air 2 screen lagi worse.

Used for a week, the screen is not as warmer as the first day but still the color is too warm for my eyes.

You can adjust your tint. In settings>display accomodations>colour filters>adjust to your desire.

Ic. Mine is still 90+. Dilemma want to change or not, since plan to use this phone for another 1-2 years.
