iPhone 7 definitely is lasting than SE.
If no crazy usage from morning till afternoon.
The battery life at least can last till 8pm.
If fully charged from overnight

Used both before. SE wins in terms of usage time. Due to the screen size I guess.

Standby time are pretty much the same.

So who has updated to iOS 11 on their ip7?

I tried updating the software using the phone but so bloody slow. Using iTunes, only took 5 minits for 2.45GB....

Me.. already running with iOS 11.
So far so good, it’s smooth all the way.
Scrolling so much faster than iOS 10

Yup, thats my initial expression too. the interface also alot of changes even the settings pages also many changes, more fluid, regal somewhat.

The notofication windows and the control center also neater and fluid too.. so far so good.

Cool, the thumb recognition works flawlessly as before

Not officially, but retailers and online platforms may have some promotion later on to clear their stocks when 8 is launched, I guess.

I am not sure about SE.
I am a 7 plus user. I play games, watch videos on YouTube, keep texting etc. Battery life can last from morning til night time when I got home. I only charge once a day at home.

Just updated to iOS 11. So far the camera looks better, I guess they really changed the compression algorithm. Before this it was a bit grainy too much noise

Any iphone 7 plus user here can tell me what is your build number for ios 11?

Just want to make sure mine is latest coz i can't direct update from GM
