I see. Noted with thanks. After using for about a year, the battery life depreciated around 15%
*
15% depreciation after a year is reasonable... smile.gif I would expect more like 30%..

Yours dropped by 30% but still I feel cannot justify the cost of replacing the battery lol
*
Can get cheaper from unauthorised battery replacement but from my experience, those wouldn't last long...after 2-3 months back to sq one..

Maybe the better or the most cost saving alternative is to tank it out for few years then upgrade to a new device entirely
*
yes this is always the best solution.... sometimes just get tired of issues here and there, best is get a new one.. of course comes the $$ sad.gif

It is possible to reset the iphone and restore it back using the icloud/itunes without restoring the photos? 11k photos on my 32gb phone making it slow.
*
what I normally do is to backup those photos on a separate hdd before I do icloud/iTunes backup...

It depends on the apps you use and how fast those apps are draining/discharging the battery. Usually apps with intensive graphic requirements like youtube, facebook, games will drain the battery faster.  More discharge will hurt the battery more.
*
Yeap especially if you do intensive stuffs while charging but...double the damage in long run biggrin.gif

i predict around rm150...
*
29 usd -> 120 MYR
as usual resellers will hike up 30% so that's already 150+ and with gst it should come up to 170-180... sad.gif still better than 450 now to replace new battery..

battery replacement from apple store/authorized reseller have to be original apple ones... otherwise they'll prepare for lawsuit...

Honestly, I doubt on this. Are they selling original accessories? I meant cable, charger, earphone and etc
*
apple store goes without saying, but even the apple authorized resellers like mac city/ mac studio/ epicenter/ switch sells all original accessories... cables chargers earphone are all original... they don't even carry brandless casings.... what makes u think they are not selling genuine accessories bro? biggrin.gif

I used to use Battery Life app on app store, but its inconsistent. it will change depending on when you are charging, off charging, usage, etc.

Now i use this one - https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/battery-lif...1165930552?mt=8

its consistently the same so i trust this one more. my wear are only 1900/1960mah after 10 months of use, iphone 7. still good to go huhu.
*
Nice... anyway they also mention to roll out an update for battery health check..stated late Jan 2018...

sorry, it should be 2 percent then instead of 3 percent. urm the day it got launch officially, should be oct 2016. and the phone is plugged to power source almost 24/7. strange
*
Wow then it’s very good...how many hours sot and standby do you usually get per full charge?
