I noticed the same as well. I used to charge my phone when it is around 20% and all the way to 100% before i unplug it (no overnight charge though) and my battery health is at 93% after 1 year 3 months of usage.

However, lately when i chose to charge my phone more often, especially during day out/travelling, i will charge at 60% -> 100% or 70%-100%, and realised that the battery health worsen to 90% then 86%

So, i will only charge my phone when it is around 20% and all the way to 100%, in contrary to what the findings of the research out there

The phone has been used from Jan 2017 until now. It is using original batter which comes with the phone and never been replaced. The phone did not get any form of moisture before.

I have been charging my batter using powerbank with original cable, but in the last 6 months have been using Pineng Powerbank 951 (with built in lighting cable) to charge my phone quite often
