Also RM121 there?
How long did they take?
Same terms like removed screen protector, wipe phone memory?

There is an Apple Service Provider called IT World at 3 Two Square, Jalan 19/1 Petaling Jaya. Opposite Toyota showroom.
They usually are very attentive and good. Not a large crowd there so do not need to wait long for service. I’ve already replaced 4 iPhone 7, 2 iPhone 6 and 1 iPhone 7 plus there all for my family members.

Thank you bro , i have made appointment for next Wednesday, thats the earliest slot available, hopefully all goes well , may i know how long did they take to replace the battery for you ?

Around 3-4 hours. They need to carry out testing of the phone to ensure it is ok before releasing it to customer.

Normally you will need to reset your phone before handing the phone to them to change battery. So make sure you back up your phone.

As for the screen protector, they will try to open the phone but many times as they open the phone true screen protector will crack due to the suction applied to the phone screen to open the phone. Anyway based on the phones Zi have sent in, iPhone 6 screen protector did not break. iPhone 7 out of 4 times, screen protector was ok for 1 phone. According to them, iPhone 7 and above needs more force to open as the screen is very tightly glued to the phone body.

After changing battery, they will be gluing back the phone screen to maintain water resistance.

Yeah, I think you're right. Those who got their phones back with the screen protector intact probably meant that the screen protector did not break during the process and it also makes sense about the 7 and 7 Plus being harder to pry open due to the waterproofing.

This one is the one I brought from but delivery is a bit slow.
https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/cTfOTsTO

I found this one exact same item but the delivery rating from this seller is much higher.
