Wow! Basically it's just RM60+- for the battery! The rest is labour charge + tax.

Just to check, it's applicable to any condition of the battery right? Mine is just 87% and I thought someone mentioned before that only those below 80% eligible for the special price?

There is an Apple Service Provider called IT World at 3 Two Square, Jalan 19/1 Petaling Jaya. Opposite Toyota showroom.
They usually are very attentive and good. Not a large crowd there so do not need to wait long for service. I’ve already replaced 4 iPhone 7, 2 iPhone 6 and 1 iPhone 7 plus there all for my family members.

If they change the battery, will the phone still be water resistant?

Yes. They will reinstate the phone accordingly inclusive of the seals.
