hey guys, i juz bought a yamaha pacifica 120sj, i tell u the tone and everything itz good, juz dat it needs to change the pickups, i wuz thinking of changing it to fernandes sustainer fsk101, but the problem iz where can i get the fernandes sustainer fsk101, i've search the 'guitar collection' website but i can't seem to find any fernandes products.
i was wondering if any of u using the fernandes sustainer, where did you get it? and how much did u spend for it?

i juz built in a zvex fuzz factory inside the guitar but i'm afraid the fernandes sustainer wouldn't work well with the fuzz factory.

PS. i really need to change the Humbuckers, the humbuckers are looking shiet and wobbly...

the last time i saw a fernandes sustainer here was in guitar collection in one utama.
IIRC about RM500.

no one brings in the sustainers anymore. . . i've asked around and emailed fernandes. . . there is no more Fernandes Distributer in Malaysia. . . get it off Ebay or something

The sustainer is good, provided you have a good bridge pup. . . the sustainer acts as a magnet puller the makes the string vibrate. . . you switch it on and then the bridge pup will have unlimited sustain. . . go to the fernandes site and they teach you how to use and hwo they work. . .

if you're headed down SG you can get it off there but i advice you get the SG dist no. and give them a call to make an order. . . then tell them you're going on this date and prepare it for you when you arive. . .

you can also try Woh Fatt. . . they do outsourcing from other people so you can try them. . . maybe slightly more expensive tho
