So sad that they have to subject their customer to this kind of hardships before one of the happiest moments of his life.
I believe the "already sent the ring back to their overseas factory" is a load of bull crap. You paid for the ring in full, so yes, technically this ring is yours. Thus the way they handled this case is downright daylight robbery! Isn't taking something which does not belong to you without the owner's permission considered stealing?
