Just got my vios 2017 1.5E, tested the DVD-AVX and the sound radio and mp3 seems rather distorted or noisy. Anyone have such problem or advice. Thanks.

All CD, DVD, Radio, USB, Bluetooth. Adjust everything still same, noisy, distortion and not clear. Voice like choking. Listen a few seconds already Tak Boleh Tahan have to turn it off.

Bad experience this morning, as I left my Vios (just a week old) internal lights turn-on overnight and my battery just gone flat. I never had such bad experience in my previous cars.

I switch to ‘On’ to look for something and forgot to switch it off and left it overnight. How does this dim works, maybe have time I will check with the SA or SC.

You also switch to ‘On’ and left it overnight? Toyota technician came to jump start my car and said battery can go flat because it is a very low capacity battery, even for this door light.

Maybe I will try again when On off days.

Has anyone try adding tweeters or recommend to improve the voice-sound quality for their 2017 Vios E spec AVX system. I feel the voice is flat. By adjusting the bass or treble only distort the sound quality.

Anyone has similar experience or can advice me. I have a Vios 2017, when driving on a rainy day or a cool morning my front and back (sometimes also all windows) windscreen gets very foggy and cannot see. Back windscreen has heater so no problem but front windscreen foggy condition gets worst when using the wiper. The car does not have any heater-hot air blow function to the windscreen.

My Vios 2017 roof very noisy when it rains, like having a zinc roof. Anyone having similar issue? My 2nd car a Myvi hardly any noise unless it’s very heavy rain but still does not sound like zinc roof.

My Myvi is ok and I am driving it. Is this a A or B segment car? I think the roof plate is very thin that’s why I get this zinc sound or maybe missing insulation or not compact roof insulation.

My head lamp is in this shape. The center where we usually focus if dark. The beam light has two spikes (curve up light). I raised the light it will shine to the front car interior. SC said can’t do anything. I told them it is the lamp quality. Reasonable headlamp light will have horizontal beam, with minimum spikes not is not so visible. Hope can share your headlight pictures with me.

I don’t have this problem, since I took my car in Jan. Go to any Toyota Service Center and let them check.

Anyone having this kind of headlight. The two spikes of each lamp will glare the front car and if I lower the lights shines too near can’t see the road ahead. Toyota SC said all cars are the same.

May I know your light is this shape?

‘Cos it’s difficult to get the correct height due to the spikes. Either can’t see far due to poor lighting and if have good good distance lighting than the right lamp spikes will shine the front car window & opposite cars will keep flashing at me.

Hope you can sent me the picture of your lighting.

Anyone can recommend how to solve foggy or condensation on the outside glass to all doors windows each time it rains.

It gets very dangerous driving especially at night as you can’t even see the outside side mirror.

Front windscreen has wipers & back windscreen has heated glass so not much a problem.

Thanks. I tried this as per the owners manual. It gets too chilled inside the car making the fog even worst. Was told this is for fog inside the car. My fog is outside the car

I did this but the rubber gasket seems like has no contact with the glass. The fog still maintain & visibity is so poor cannot even see the side mirror. My car is just 2.5years. Is the gasket already defective? Any other suggestion. Thanks.

Had tried towards window, glass very cold Fog outside getting worst. Now raining season. Had to off the aircond than slightly improved but getting warm & uncomfortable in the car while driving. Seems my car is having this problem only

Fog outside all glass. Front wiper can clear & heater at also help. But all car doors glass fog until cannot see outside. Only turn off aircond can clear the fog outside the glass but than inside very warm & damp. Decreases temp thermostat makes worst. Hope can help.

Had tried your proposal to change the languages & even reformat my pen drive. Problem still the same.
