Fk them up today, sent my car to the first service. Talked to their officer, they said I usir the bloody camera and blah blah blah, saying very hard case to replace a new one and keep dragging me out of this. WTF! I have no idea right now.

I have lodged a complaint to the UMW, let's pray ahrd for me!

My vehicle developed serious fault. I had a dead pixel on my camera recorder's display. Today 27 March 2019, I sent my car for the very first service at Toyota Cheras Service Centre.

After the investigation, I was told that it was an accidentally drive-out the camera recorder. Yet I had done nothing on it as the car was just new and drove only 823 in 27 days. Then, the officer throws his hands up and says they can do nothing. STATUS- need to confirm with supplier suspect external cause during install tinted.

I'm felt that wasting time and money and not get any service when needed. I’m unsatisfied. Any idea about this case?
