Anyone aircond not so cold already? Anybody change any aircond parts? Mine not so cold in the noon time.. morning and night is ok..

Hi guys, wanna ask anyone Vios 2020 got the below issue:

1) when car low speed driving will have "rusty whining/bearing/wukwuk" noise coming from Engine Bay i supposed, high speed no such noise at all
2) The noise will be extremely loud when going downhill and turning left / right
3) Only occurs when 10-30kmh, higher than 40kmh definitely no sound
  - Tried stepping on brake on low speed slowly, the sound remain, pretty sure its not disc rotor issue nor pad
  - If its pad / rotor, high speed braking will be even worse, however, high speed driving or braking no noise at all
4) I went to SC, they only relining disc rotor
5) When to outside tyre shop, lift car up, let car on D, 10-30kmh, will have
  - 4 Brake pipe (Steel/copper) undercarriage will have "tak-tak" knocking sound, then when hold on it will feel the knock
  - The brake pipe (Rubber) connecting to brake from steel pipe also will have the knocking feel if we hold it

Rotor been lined, pad should have no issue just change new set.
What piston?
I think maybe ABS pump cause the brake pipe got knocking effect and sound

May I know is it advisable to self test removing the fuse? Will void warranty? Erm brake caliper piston will cause the noise during low speed only?

now plan to do service/maintenance  in 3rd party workshop
hope to get some guidance here

140000 only, not aware of cvt fluid n filter, at what mileage need to change?

Cvt fluid is the red colour fluid?

Throttle cleaning? Is that common services among 3rd party workshop? Need to dismantle engine parts to clean it n reassemble back?

have you guys compared different brand RON 95 ? feel like petronas is noticeably more power than Shell. any one feel this?

hi guys, for 2020 vios, anyone experience the weird noise "klook klook" from the absorber kind of thing when passing through bump? mostly during wet rainy condition, didnt observe such issue during hot sunny day.

need to know if there is a way to reduce the volume for the proximity sensor. every time a motorcycle passes nearby, it beeps my ears to smithereens.

sounds like from the glovebox.

seems like there are 2 places where notification sounds are being emitted. there a more soothing one and another that's literally "slapping you in the face" kind. the latter is very annoying.

Just got my Vios 2023 in November. I think it is the same for both E and G specs, G specs only gains the front windows acoustic glass.

However, do not expect much in cabin quietness as it is only on par with other B segment rivals. I can still hear a lot of road, cars and wind noise coming from the doors especially at the rear. Squeaking sound is very prominent when going on bumpy roads which I plan to file a complaint during my 1000 km service this week.

Mine is G spec. Ride is comfortable but as mentioned the NVH and vibration not so good when going over bumpy roads.

Road bumps are ok as they are round. But when passing those expressway thick lines during bends, the whole car vibrates like crazy. Everyday I had to suffer the same on the turning towards Damansara link going up to pavilion damansara, the car suspension squeaks and vibrates the most over there...

Overall still a good car and fun to drive as the steering has a sporty feel to it.
