For DE there are too many possibilities, you can try feeding floating things like letting your SW floats or crix...ones your Aro used to floating food it'll continuously look up hunting for food..

hehe...yea both XLSA...1 gold 1 red, Red Giving me problem with food lo as usual wanna eat dun wanna eat....At least the Gold more sang seng will eat like crazy.

Ok some update on my fish...

LaupanII = XL BBXB (so called)

Fish brought home about 6" and since grew nearly 2", big eater and hope it stays that way 12SW a day. When brought home it has some signs of chipscale, actually if you ask me has the fish heal I'm not too sure, no new signs of CS but the old one doesnt seem to be healing as well.



CEO = XLBR (so called)

This fella forever giving me headache when comes to food... lately got some sorta fungus attack on his back so added Pimafix and for 3 days he has not taken anything just drink water only...honestly no eyes see already.

I hate newly setup tank...it'll have endless problems

4' , but its no good for tanning la, I took out yesterday, bought another submerserble light from OceonFree which can change the FL bulb. Put in a Sera 12,000K bulb and start tanning today beginning with 2 hrs.

Yea XL and a few lfs use just otto light for tanning, but hv learn from others if use 10K above light it'll give better result, I'm not sure also I've just started today so will let you guys know.

I think nan or otto for viewing purpose only nia, will not darken the scale unless you on like 16 hrs a day

my gold was like that...super freak out on the 5 jun...I walk pass the tank he'll jump...puasa until last thurs, nearly 2 weeks din eat...total lost about 8 - 9 scale. so heart sick, now a bit more stable, but at least eating...but when on light hide one corner.

I did put black water in the end and he calm down, but not sure if its the so many days break or the black water...

actually not confirm its the black water ...coz after about 10 days the fella panic, then I add black water n after a few days he start eating...could be he cannot tahan ...

I guess black water because of the darker enviroment will make the aro feel secure thats why it has the calming effect...same as off the aquarium light.
