I use to own a yellow tail, jardini and Silver arowana. I'm now thinking of getting a RTG, HBRTG or SR. Can anyone tell me the average price for those aros. They must come with cert as well. Recommendation of shops to go too will be good. I am living in Klang and work in PJ.

I've been there before. Price looks expensive. I went to the sea park fish shop and they quoted me RM 800 for an RTG (5 - 6 inch) and RM 900 for a high back RTG (5-6 inch) what do you think of the price? Both fish comes from King Kong farm with cert

What is the average price for XB and red in Xian Leng?

Hmm a bit over budget for me. I probably stick to RTG or HBRTG. What's the price of those in Xian Leng?

Is house of arowana the one in IOI business park?

I'm in a big dilemma. Should I go for an RTG or should I go for a Super Red. I like the Super Red but its expensive. I thought of going for the RTG because its cheaper but I heard from the LFS that RTG does not carry much value when its big incase I might want to sell it. So I need to know some answers from the sifus here before I make my decision.

1. If I buy an RTG and I want to sell it about 3 years later, how much can it fetch? (Considering its a perfect RTG)
2. If I buy a Super Red and I want to sell it about 3 years later, how much can it fetch? (Perfect Super Red)
3. What are the farms that are famous for quality aros. I might be getting my aro from Kim Kang farm.
4. Lastly, which fish is an easier fish to take care. The RTG or Super Red?

Thanks for your reply moorish. I will go for the RTG then. You mention that you can get RTG from RM 600 - 700, so far the cheapest I found was RM 720 from Kim Kang farm. I have been to XLSA and their RTG there are very expensive. The one in Sea Park also quoted me RM 800 for RTG (after discount). Can you point me to a good place to get my aro with a reasonable price? I prefer a tagged aro.
