These are not condominium. Its medium cost apartment costing MYR 150k to MYR 160k. Expect increment the higher it goes
Building is 15 storey. It has a separate car park building. No swimming pool, no gym, no club house. Only guard security with maintenance fee probably set at MYR 130 per month.
3 room 2 bathroom at 780 sq ft. It has yet to obtain CF. Can anyone share the reason WHY IT HAS NOT RECEIVED CF?
It is a very big and serious question which I could not find an answer.
Nearest competitor is Connaught Avenue (early bird selling price is MYR 230k with goodies), Sri Angkasa and Puncak Bayan Condo (second hand price at MYR 180k with full facility).
I am interested, but the competition and the CF issue is making me jittery. Something's not adding up.
