Yeah definitely. Hence I asked to raise the budget to 4xx k, but kept below 500k.
Can consider Cloud Tree @ 893 sq ft x 550 psf minus 5% discounts with direct owner + negotiations, and get a choice unit for own stay at 450k, on best case. smile.gif
Silk residence and Akasa can be a bit noisy for own stay.

450 a bit high for me ady. I can afford but try to keep low to do other stuff. And location wise. I think similar to bandar tun hussein onn

Saw some posting at iproperty for puchong kinrara, single storey landed freehold less thab 400k average. It tat the market price? Too good to be true?

No worry bro, just don't stretch beyond your budget - cheras downstream is huge, be patient and you'll eventually make better choice.. If want mid range, don't mind inner a bit and quiet environment, can search around Sg Long and Twin Palms.. Sutera Pines gonna VP soon, while Palm Hill Residence is still seelling.. And... Tun Hussein Onn and Bandar Mahkota Cheras considered Cheras Hong Soon punya kingdom oledi, feel a bit limited if u want newly completed from other prominent developer..

Yeah with the limited budget, i think that all the choices. But just wan to know any other places having the criteria tat i needed.

Get an under con now and rent first.

Last few years prices were high so once vp, price won't be cheap.

Unless you found fire sale. Slowly look around.

Those 2 not worth the price.

that is Bandar Kinrara and yes it is freehold n next to Bukit Jalil.
price is cheap cost the land size us about 20x55 or so with 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. unless the unit is extended from n back then can get 1 extra bed..
good this is FH n walking distance to LRT BK5... and Giant

around sentul KLPAC there , i found the area not bad.
should be some that fit whatever budget you have in mind...

Jalan Ipoh is one of the main roads for Kuala Lumpur - easily accessible to DUKE, and the NKVE highways.
It is extremely near to KL City Center and only 10 min drive to KLCC.
Ample buses and in addition to KTM the train service. MRT Sri Delima Station etc. is also in the pipelines.
Hypermarkets such as Tesco, The Store and Carrefour are just a few minutes away.
Few schools within the area such as SMK Dato’ Ibrahim Yaacob , SJKC Mun Choong and SRK Seri Delima.
In other way it is very near to Kepong via Jalan Kepong. Puchong is almost considered as 2nd Tier region already.

Puchong is huge, you need to narrow down which part of Puchong.

How about like this?


Jalan Puchong is one of the main roads for Selangor - easily accessible to LDP, ELITE Highways, SKVE, Kesas, Lebuhraya Bukit Jalil.
It is extremely near to Sunway, Subang and only 10 min drive to Sunway, Subang.
Ample buses and in addition to LRT the train service, the LRT station is ready and running
Hypermarkets such as Tesco, 2 x Giant and Aeon IOI, Sunway Pyramid, Setia Walk are just a few minutes away.
