My speedtest result is more than 64Mbps which is 8MBps but the actual download speed is only 2MBps. Anyone know why? I try install big app from play store to  test the speed

My AC 790s restarts every minute when I use it without a battery. Any recommended cable and adapter? Or worse comes to worst, I will use with battery and if that exhausts my battery, I will buy a new battery again.

I use my ext hdd usb 3.0 cable only won't restart.

many on digi infinite telegram group say they notice speed decrease when using google or open dns but get higher speed when using digi own dns. is any of you using google or opendns affected by this?

Yeah I never thought about that. Luckily I got no phone connected to modem.

Hate it when download the speed nosedive and never reaching the speed before.

What concern me is ingame ping when playing hongarena is quite high around 178ms but still playable sometimes spike 9999..sighs

i guess i got my conclusion on my side for the speed throttling

1. I use the simcard in my router B310s-22 for testing which being connected to PC via lan cable.

2. Speed via lan cable / wifi for pc will be capped under 10Mbps

3. Tested via my phone wifi can get full speed up to 70mbps

4. Tested my sim inside a mifi ( which i connected via usb to PC ) got full speed 90-100mbps

Conclude that digi is throttling the speed for PC via mac Address ( if using mifi it cant detect that im using pc since im using my mifi mac address). This is kinda sad for me since it doesn't happen till last 2 week.

So wanna ask you guys should i report this to MCMC ( regarding the unlimited speed on hotspot ). They clearly did this on purpose which i didn't violated their tnc for overuse for 999GB and p2p downloading.

Wise or not if buy Nighthawk M1 then pair with router for home use?

morning guys. loyal digi user here but just recently add new number for infinte150
since TM keep calling me to upgrade from streamyx to unifi.

if this 150 plan is gooding might just terminate my streamyx soon.

no use if always not stable. every time page not load during web browsing, need to restart modem, run speed test with different server. then fast again, but sometimes only lasted 2-5mins only. need to redo the same thing. tonight if still like this I'm gonna call CS complain kow2.

imagine this: speed is 20mbps. all of a sudden become turtle 10kbps (even Google web page & whatsapp TEXT message can't load sia). restart modem, run speed test, choose different server 2-3 times, voila. speed ok again. after few minutes turtle again. FREAKING 10KBPS SIA.. sob sob.. I put strong pswd & always monitor my router connection, no neighbor is piggybacking my wifi though. sigh..

When you mention home server, do you mean connecting to your home pc from somewhere else? My work actually involves me doing this as well. Remote desktop connection and Teamviewer cannot use on this Digi Infinite plan? Please clarify  I'm registering tomorrow
