not only i no sure which date i suppose to made payment , but i also confuse with the digi account system,i registered my number with an email 2 months ago, then few days ago , i keep log in it say this account is not registered ,then when i go registered again it say this account edy been in use@@,so i use sign in with connect instead@@,and also when i check my bill it say unbilled 150.53 ,then when i click make payment it say connection time out error ,when i finally able to access the interface it say unbilled is 150.53 ,amount need to pay is 0.00 ,i like @@"", can any sifu here answer this 3 questions it would be a great help

1.is the first picture mean i didn't owe anything to digi (i supposedly settle the fee that i suppose to settle)?
2nd picture:left side:i dun understand the 0.53 charge ,is it also supposed to pay at sept or should be done at august 16 ,coz when i open bill to pay few days ago it keep say 0.00
,ON THE right side -->it say rm150.53 ,so this payment can settle anytime until sept 16??

hi guys wanna ask you guys whether u experience this or not ,i settle my digi feb bill on 16.3.2018 with amount of rm163.93 but yesterday night i receive sms say i overdue rm163.93 ,today early morning i also receive an email state i overdue, why is it happening ,is it some sort of digi scam?

Hmm thnx meow meow for reply and also i just caling digi helpline,the lady at desk mention the inability to load google for all i150 users is due to they upgrading system ,they say internet speed will be normal and double ,faster on 7 july for all i150 users,i also ask her about soft capping ,she mention yes digi is softcapping on pc for all i150 users start 7 july but she also tell me that softcapping at certain speed wiill double the speed for i150 pc users,ask futher what speed they softcapped ,that lady ask me wait fordigi announcement

That why i duno but i think it all about pc usage capped thingy or she misunderstood me for the plan nothing change with phone usage,between celebrating 1year 1 month anniversary digi i150 usage ,and experience is getting worse everyday

hi guys , i been using digi infine 150 plan for almost 1 and a half years now but i never really check the bill carefully ,when i first using they implement gst which is rm159, but why suddenly today when i open my monhlly fixed bill become rm180?? it add rm30??? and when i look carefully it state something roam like home which i never subscribe before ?what is this ,do digi secretly charge this bill start this month?
