Wondered about this also.. I've received my simcard yesterday but till now still no sms from celcom regarding wanting to MNP.. 

What device are you using? Which connection type? 4G+? 4G? H+?

Am i the only one here suffering a very slow and low signal of my Digi Infinite 150????? I just got mine literally yesterday. Str8 pop it in my newly bought TP-Link MR6400 and workplace, it was thje fastest internet I ever felt ( better than my home unifi ). But as soon as i go back to my home in ampang, plug i it in, it became a damn tortoise rather than an F1 car. 

Signal bar only 1, MS 1000, speed no need to say la. Im wondering whats going wrong on my end? my area is in digi 4G coverage both indoor and outdoor, the router is near a window also. Before this in shoppingmall with many wall no problem.

then what?....will it ever be fix? sigh RM 700 terbang like that sahaja lol. i know its just the 1st day but atleast above 5 or atleast 8mbps im still ok. but this is nightmare for what its cost.

They say they're upgrading the service. But that is the same replies I read from other forums lol. Don't know wanna believe or not..

Digi very like to say upgrading network. Everytime i complain they also tell me same story.
Even one time, my signal was interrupted by thunderstorm, they told me it was maintenance. I asked who in charge that, is it Thor.
And one time, they also told me network upgrade. And i found they just copy&paste, and forgot to edit the statement to my location. It is still [XXXXX], and it should rename to my location. I blamed him a copy paste machine, he mad on me, and kept saying he is professional.

There goes my cute Cube. Checking with the seller if can COD around KL since the seller allowed for COD on Putrajaya/Cyber/Shah Alam.

Another quick call to Digi CS... they said they're having ANOTHER maintenance around my area...
Now stuck until at least end of Sept 2017...

I'm getting 1-2mbps (not B) 80% of the time... while the speed peeks to 1.5mBps around 1-7AM...
I upgraded/paid RM150 for these kind of service.... *sigh*
