Standard la, I having slow connection like you, but they give me same reason by saying system upgrade la and blak blak, so at the end, I dunno when they can finish my area system upgrade.

different staff have different answer , this is weird and i doubt to Digi has upgrading network.....

If I buy a cat6 modem, do u think can improve my speed? And modem signal strength is better than phone?
