Yes, unfortunately some have been having this issue. Full speed on mobile but throttled when hotspot.

Then it's not suitable because this plan is not for downloading movie. Once DiGi detect movie downloading, your network will be shaped and throttled. Better continue with Streamyx.

Lock the band to see what speed u get at what band. Maybe u running on band 3 or band 7 right now. Can check using LTE Discovery at Playstore.

Is this normal for 1st month bills, I just confused about monthly fixed charge part. It said it is for i150 plan but i dont know about that except it cost 150+gst per month  . The adjustment part is from my prepaid balance.

When u apply? My friend face the same case too. Applied on Wednesday and still no sms till today. Change to i150 plan from 110.

Check out first post and download Huawei Tool and Android app. If I'm not mistaken Huawei B310 can use Huawei Tool.

but at phone didnt capped at all..

this should be my 5th month

my usage is not that high not even reach more than 500gb per month
they might throttle PC Mac adress i think..

if i do speedtest on my mobile the speed will be fast (etc 80mbps)

( after i try speedtest on my phone the speedtest on pc will be faster but will revert back to 5-8mbps after 1-3min)

my place never congested bro before this use ( 5 month ) i think maybe digi doing some work..today got normal speed back from using PC (hope it's gonna stay normal)
yeah bro it happen to some of digi infinite user (idk maybe bug or system problem from digi)

now my speed back to normal on PC ( hope it's gonna stay like that )

i guess i got my conclusion on my side for the speed throttling

1. I use the simcard in my router B310s-22 for testing which being connected to PC via lan cable.

2. Speed via lan cable / wifi for pc will be capped under 10Mbps

3. Tested via my phone wifi can get full speed up to 70mbps

4. Tested my sim inside a mifi ( which i connected via usb to PC ) got full speed 90-100mbps

Conclude that digi is throttling the speed for PC via mac Address ( if using mifi it cant detect that im using pc since im using my mifi mac address). This is kinda sad for me since it doesn't happen till last 2 week.

So wanna ask you guys should i report this to MCMC ( regarding the unlimited speed on hotspot ). They clearly did this on purpose which i didn't violated their tnc for overuse for 999GB and p2p downloading.
