I thought Infinite plans are registered through the website online, not through dealers/agents.

Well, Malaysian consumers have been proven suckers for plans with "unlimited" or "infinite" in the name. Ditto for those plans with "free" social/video/audio add-ons.

In the 1st post you mentioned that Roam Line Home is complimentary for Infinite 150 users until 31 Dec 2017.

Digi has already extended the complimentary period until end of 2018.

This is normal for me. (Island Park area.) Surprisingly this CNY period didn't see the network deteriorate as it did previous years.

You can ask Digi to unsubscribe from RLM for the months you don't need it and subscribe again when you need it. Of course for postpaid plans 110 and above, you get 100% discount anyway.
