nice speed there same here in taman makmur kluang johor..but now they capped my speed on pc idk why

Yeah it's sucks and i already did a report to Digi still in investigation..if nothing change i will have to report to MCMC

On pc i use Lan connection. I did use wifi over mobile and i got full speed but on lan i got 5-10mbps capped. Tested over and over still same

Yeah i did my complaint to them. Hope they did resolved this issue.

I never download anything via torrent tbh. Just use to surf and watch youtube and gaming on steam

my problem is that they are capping speed to my PC only for 5-10mbps...

on mobile via hotspot can get full speed 80-100mbps.

i didn't even use so much data roughly for 1 month i use like 300-500gb

yeah i did try hotspot using my phone too still the same

yup using b310s-22 as my primary router

i guess i got my conclusion on my side for the speed throttling

1. I use the simcard in my router B310s-22 for testing which being connected to PC via lan cable.

2. Speed via lan cable / wifi for pc will be capped under 10Mbps

3. Tested via my phone wifi can get full speed up to 70mbps

4. Tested my sim inside a mifi ( which i connected via usb to PC ) got full speed 90-100mbps

Conclude that digi is throttling the speed for PC via mac Address ( if using mifi it cant detect that im using pc since im using my mifi mac address). This is kinda sad for me since it doesn't happen till last 2 week.

So wanna ask you guys should i report this to MCMC ( regarding the unlimited speed on hotspot ). They clearly did this on purpose which i didn't violated their tnc for overuse for 999GB and p2p downloading.

you can use your phone tether via usb to test it

im kinda upset they did this to their user

i did make a report to them but they never give me the report number ( which i ask them quite a lot during reporting the problem )

they say the report number will be sent via sms

now already 1 week no reply what so ever from digi about this problem

I did try bro..using my b310 connected to pc can only get 1.5Mb/s using my phone 7-8Mb/s..not sure if digi problem or they capped user who are on PC. Using mifi directly to pc via usb can get full speed..

It still happen sometimes..but sometimes it doesn't happen..idk what's the problem with digi

Guys i have been testing digi 4g band here at my place. There is 2 band here 3 and 7 which i can only use band 3 atm. When i lock at band 7 it detect the signal from the tower but i can't seem to connect to it.

Been using network signal guru.

Does digi have the tower ready but not activate it yet or they just want the user to use band 3.

It's really congested here at my place during 8pm till 1am.
