Nothing for me to rant here. If speed drops, I may rant, will lodge complaints but I will move on if that doesn't work. Not like I don't have any other options here.

I can subscribe to any telco as I like. Even UniFi Mobile is cruising at 50Mbps for me. Worse comes to worst, I go back to UniFi. I was using it before relocated it back to my sister's house which I'm enjoying UniFi 100Mbps at her place now.
Chuah's story is about congested tower, he went to other places, his speed flew. He shared at this thread before and we always chat privately as well for our Digi matters. So not really about Infinite 150 is capped for his case.
Regarding my slow Digi speed (below 1Mbps) during CNY back in hometown, Digi tech team called me on 9th March to inform me it's fixed. I never had the chance to try until yesterday's afternoon when I went back for a short while to pick up my parents back to my sister's house, it was indeed fixed. I can get 20-30Mbps most of the time which is considered good in my hometown.
Seriously, there's no brand loyalty here. If it doesn't work, just move on if complaints don't work. Why wanna look back in the past?
Just because some users are not happy, the happy users cannot share their happy side? Every telco has its pros and cons and we as consumers and customers just choose whichever works the best for us.
I rest my case here.
Well said Nicole. In your typical business practice, the customer/consumer is usually right but this is Malaysia we are talking about so do not expect too much. Hence why, there isn't much brand loyalty amongst the consumers.
There is also the reason why we always advice new comers or potential sign-ups to thoroughly check their network status with a prepaid sim before committing to sign up for the Infinite plans.
