well seem like u also another lucky one oversome congestion issue with b618 modem. maybe your area not many area using b618 yet.

after a while might be congested agains.   

get TM set it's better, give them contact, and once they restock they will call back customers.

65d have extra features, VoLTE, support webe/unifi mobile in chase in future TM offering something gooding.

Today I just got email response from Digi rep, part of the email is this;
But, MyDigi app just fine for me; only the web OCS is still getting 'technical error'.

I gave up using the web OCS a long time ago due to these problems. Just use and stick to MyDiGi app. Works 95% of the time.

Tried multiple locations within my condo (various windows). Try 4G 900 (1Mbps), 4G 1800 (2-3Mbps), 4G 2600 (9-11Mbps). Toggle 4G 1800+2600 gives the best 20-22 Mbps. The tower ID is the same with 4G 2600 and 4G 1800+2600. Haven't tried putting the modem outside in the balcony....

5Mbps can't do much these days. Well, maybe that's just me because I'm on Digi Infinite 150 now and my connection is over 100Mbps all the time.

I stream heavily on my Android box and use it a lot for my conference calls. I use it to work from home too. So a good and fast connection is a must for me.

Another thing is if I work from home which I do from time to time, I need to login to company's VPN which connection will be slower if connected to VPN. So speed must be fast enough before connecting to VPN.

It's OK with slow connection but if sending emails with few MBs attachments gonna be painful.

I just went to TMPoint Kulim and Alma. Both outlets said no more stocks for Huawei modem and probably not going to replenish them. Therefore, not selling their broadband package at present.

I guess some of the staff may have diverted them to their cronies to be sold for a "commission".

Does celcom have the huawei B618-65d router modem and is it dedicated to celcom sim card only? How much is it and does celcom permit cancellation without penalty?

just make sure the 65d set u terminate straight away. dont be like me, terminate tomorrow, then pay, then the next month when billing came, i need to pay RM20 due to termination being done not the day i terminate.

No need to pay if terminate same day.
