Hey sifus! I am in the midst of discussing and dealing with my ID. Straightforward, the issues I faced. All, especially ID and contractors are very much welcomed to provide an constructive opinion in any way possible!  QUOTE ISSUES
1. Already got the design
- however still felt like the one I was on the internet seems much classy, just that I don't know exactly to described in words.
2. Already inform the budget 50-60k
- however final quotation came almost double
3. I have to remember that, I still have to think about... :
- security grills
- curtains
- lamps
- fans
- airconds
- water heaters
- soft furniture
- electrical applicants
- CCTV
- automated gate
* probably another 20k+ here QUOTE An intro regarding the house ;

Simplified per floor :
Total of first floor : 30k+
Total of second floor : 20k+
Total of third floor : 20k+
Misc :
Canvas, protection etc : 1k
Plaster : 8k+
Painting work : 5k (include world map on 3rd floor - that one cost me almost 2k)
Tampered glass separating dry and wet kitchen : 1k
