convert a jpg file to an editable true vector file, where other user can edit the file easily.

Previously, the jpg file is prepared using Scicoslab program and export as gif file, then I edited it using paint software and save as jpg file. How may I convert the file to a true vector file.

JPG is the most editable file. To edit it, you may open it with some online photo editor, it will be very easy.

You can't. Once a vector file is converted to jpg/gif/etc, they lose the chart data and now only a picture.

You have to create again using the scicolab program. And save a copy in that program format so you can edit it next time.

Can try to retype the text with image editor software or put it into Onenote convert back to text format. The you can edit the text inside the picture.
