i went for my usual chinese street stall for mixed-rice last week that cost me rm6 before but now rm7!
be prepare in less than 5 years time our street stall mixed-rice will cost rm20 just like hong kong
this is not a joke
its going to happen
just like "dr m" said malaysia is going to bankrupt for you-know-who is operating it now

The 10 years market downturn is real, and near.

Can see now a lot companies either close down, downsizing, or merging. Once the defaulters and insurance claim is high enough to make a major bank or insurance company to collapse, domino effect will come to place.

Lehman Brothers is Sept 2008. Asian financial crisis is July 1997. I say we are very near now.
