May I know , can I post a reply on a topic which I seek for help frequently ? Does lowyat forum have a rules which limit a user to post a reply ?
Taking for example at Hardware Q&A and Kopitiam

As for some topic which are urgent state to get much more reply/response , how often can I bump or reply a thread ?
Between two Sub forum Hardware Q&A and Koptiam is there a different limits or I can post a reply take for instant every 2 hours to get attention ?

I have another question similar with it.How does lowyat forum highlighted a Green color wording for the same day creating a topic ?
The cycle reset back every 12am ? or every 24 hours ?
Example again , If I created a topic at 11pm 10 July , by 12am 11 July it automatically change back normal without green highlight ?
