Tell them since theyre talking about money, you came directly to the source, the banks. Ask them pass to you O&G accounts to manage. Haha.

Anyone who familiar with ExxonMobil hiring process.

Just got a phone call from the HR. We had a talk. they asked me about my background, my current work, my FYP , my internship project and my expectation for the position. I am currently with 20 months work experience. Applied for a position with requirement of 10 years experience but fresh grads are welcome to apply.

Question is, in my own experience, at the end of the call, usually the HR will ask me whether i am available for an interview, but instead they said they will pass the resume to the hiring manager. i am a bit skeptical about this     

is this a normal procedure?
