Who was awarded? Samsung and Hyundai waiting for RM onshore/offshore award but FID is delayed

Hi,

Anyone have experience working in Qatar? I got unofficial offer with below perks (in USD)

Offered
Industry: Oil & gas (IT/System integrator)
Term: Contract based 2+1+1+1 for unspecified period of time (no concreate answer but they say usually 10-20% increment per year)
Basic: $4500
House allowance: $1000
Utilities allowance: $500
Transport allowance: $500 or opt for 0% interest car loan
Annual flight ticket: 1 x 100% claimable, 1 x 50% claimable (for me + spouse + 2 kids, but I got no kids yet)
Annual leave: 30 days
Other: Medical, dental, optometric, insurance, education for kids (not applicable for me yet), performance based bonus yearly

Current
RM8000 (basic) + outstation allowance (this year average is RM800/month) + other normal perks medical + dental + insurance
Since working with them for 3+ years only get 1.5 month bonus. No bonus for 1st year, 1 month for second year, 0.5 for 3rd year
Industry also oil & gas (IT/system integrator)

Total Experience: ~8+ years (~5 years in manufacturing, banking, gov; 3+ years oil & gas. But job scope are almost the same as IT/system integrator guy, it just the working location & client served is different)

Am I getting the good offer here or not to live there with my wife & no kids yet.

anyone here with experience recruitment through MI SC?

As they seems to be always looking urgently for candidates but after submitting CV takes about 1month+ for a review of the CV.
