It does look like MISC is frontrunner this time. The dark horse is SIP if elements of state local content/politics come into play. Don't forget there is indicative budget given by Petronas for the project so it is expected to be 'cheap' project, probably not as the same standard/prestige like other deepwater FPSO's.
