I have not heard on permanent basis from my friends.

Percentage I do not know exactly for these few guys... They want people fast..

It is well known within industry circles that the LOA for one of the biggest offshore projects have been awarded.

There is a whatsapp post that's going around of the LOA also. I received it from a reliable source.

Project manager can be managing 100M job. Or 2M job.

Salary surely different. Scope different.
