Now I found this in my late dad's closet.

https://www.flickr.com/photos/150686104@N06/shares/20cfME

At the lense it writes:
1. 2213628 elmarit 1:28 / 90
2. 2593053 summicron-c 1:2 / 40

what lenses are these? and how much are them in the used item market?

Lenses for Leica camera. A quick search online says the price could be anywhere between $250-500? Also depends if they are still functional, without fungus on the lens, since they've been kept in the closet for a while (I assume?) Wouldn't he have a Leica body in the closet too?

wow, super rare.

first u have to find the mount for it,

do alittle bit of research, it'll definately fit a mirrorless,
so u can search for adapters that coverts it for mirrorless cameras,

then it should sell for min 300? per piece

That's quite a find.
Are you planning on selling those?

Sorry for your loss, ahtung.

A few notes regarding your late father's gear:
The 40mm is meant to be paired with the CL. No other M-mount Leicas have 40mm frame lines in their viewfinders. So you may want to keep the CL and 40mm as a set.

Check the CL for battery leak if it has not been used for a long time. Don't have to worry about the M3 as it doesn't use any battery.

And of course, check to see whether there is still film loaded in either cameras. I am not sure how this is done on the CL, but on the M3, pull up the rewind knob on the top left and turn it clockwise. If there is resistance then there is likely to be a roll of film still in the camera. To rewind the film back into its canister, flick the lever marked 'R' on the front of the camera, and turn the knob clockwise until you feel it loosen up. Give it a few more turns to ensure the film is completely wound into the canister.

Hope this helps.

It really depends on the condition of the gear. A quick check on ebay shows M3s going from USD700 to USD7000 and beyond.

Does your dad's M3 come with a Leica meter?

You could take some photos of the cameras and post it with your questions in the Rangefinder Forum. The guys there are pretty knowledgeable.

Have a look at this Leica M Guide.
